Asian Karters show stellar progress in round 2 of the WSK Super Master
Young Asian karters shone in Round 2 of WSK at Sarno from 7th - 9th Feb with Qarrar Firhand and Yoon Isaac from the OK-J and Mini Gr.3 categories respectively providing noteworthy results.

1. Qarrar Firhand (OK-J)
Firhand showed an impressive and consistent performance throughout the weekend by producing results within the top 8. Qarrar started the weekend with a QPS1 result in 4th and remained consistent with finishes within the top 5 in the Eliminatory Heat rounds. After finishing the Pre-Finals in 3rd, Qarrar ended the weekend with a strong 8th place finish on Sunday’s final race.

2. Sini Rito (OK-J)
Sini Rito had a weekend with varying results, having secured 22nd in QPS2. Sini Rito displayed a strong recovery to the 18th position in Pre-Finals A after the gruelling Eliminatory Heat sessions, falling shy of the finals.
3. Jiang Hou Zhai (OK-J)
Hou Zhai had varying performances during Round 2 and started with 18th in QPS1. After facing a setback in the first two eliminatory heat rounds, Hou Zhai made a strong recovery towards the end but was unable to produce results to help him march towards the finals.
4. Atiqa Mir (Mini Gr3)
Atiqa started strong with a result of 17 in QPS1 and had finishes within the top 25 throughout the Eliminatory Heat sessions. Atiqa however finished in the 50th position in the final Eliminatory Heat, making her comeback to Pre-Finals B at 20th noteworthy but unfortunately falling short to proceed towards the finals.
5. Yoon Isaac (Mini Gr3)
Yoon Isaac began the weekend by finishing at 14 at the end of QPS2. He then produced strong and resilient performance during the eliminatory heats, with a strong Pre-Finals result by finishing in 11th. Yoon Isaac finished the weekend with a 32 finish.
6. Chang Shou Ting (Mini Gr3)
Shou Qualified at 22 in QPS1 and powered through the eliminatory heats despite facing multiple setbacks causing him to finish either in 20 and 43. Shou However, made a strong comeback in Pre-Finals B with a 14th-place finish but fell short of participating in the finals.
